Search should feel like a tool, not just another chat UI: models on tap, UX that gets out of the way, and a stack you can ship and measure like a real business.

Operating principles
How I run early-stage product and company simultaneously.
- Own the critical path. Until the story is working, I stay closest to product, infra, and narrative, with no vanity delegation before there's traction and clarity.
- Ship to learn. Cadence beats perfection: typed Next.js stacks, tight UX, and cuts that make the next experiment cheap. Velocity is a strategy when information is cheap.
- Default public. Open source and writing attract partners, talent, and truth-tellers: capital for a founder who's still proving the wedge.
