Operating principles
How I run early-stage product and company simultaneously.
- Own the critical path. Until the story is working, I stay closest to product, infra, and narrative, with no vanity delegation before there's traction and clarity.
- Ship to learn. Cadence beats perfection—typed Next.js stacks, tight UX, and cuts that make the next experiment cheap. Velocity is a strategy when information is cheap.
- Default public. Open source and writing attract partners, talent, and truth-tellers—the kind of capital a founder still proving the wedge actually needs.
